We run a reading site, so we need very little about you. This page sets out exactly what is collected and what you can do about it.
1. Who holds the data
The controller is the editorial team behind TowerRushRealMoney.com. Any privacy request goes to [email protected].
2. What reaches us
Things you send deliberately
- Messages. Your name, email address and whatever you write when you contact us.
Things collected automatically
- Technical signals — IP address (normally truncated before it reaches our reports), browser, operating system, device class, viewport size.
- Reading behaviour — pages opened, time on page, scroll depth, referring link, outbound clicks.
- Cookie identifiers — detailed in the Cookie Policy.
We never ask for payment or identity data. Do not send us card numbers, bank details, casino passwords or KYC documents. Anything of that kind that arrives is deleted rather than filed.
3. Why we process it
- Serving and securing the site — legitimate interest.
- Replying to you — because you asked us to.
- Measuring which guides get read — consent where consent is required, legitimate interest otherwise.
- Attributing affiliate referrals — consent or legitimate interest, depending on your jurisdiction.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. A limited slice is handled by our hosting and CDN provider, our analytics provider, and the affiliate networks that receive a referral identifier when you click a partner link.
The moment you land on an operator's site, that operator becomes the controller of everything you type there. Their policy governs your account, documents and payments.
5. Where it goes
Service providers may process data in the EU, the UK, India, Singapore or the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months after the thread ends.
- Aggregated analytics — up to 26 months.
- Server logs — around 30 days.
- Cookies — the lifetimes listed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR, you may ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, hand it over in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the pool of stored personal data is deliberately tiny. No transmission is perfectly secure, but collecting little is the most reliable protection available.
9. Nobody under 18
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly hold data from minors; tell us if you believe otherwise and it will be erased.
10. Updates
The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes are flagged on the site itself.
